30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If you're not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Return requests after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be honored.

Return Guidelines

  1. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  2. Clearance items are not eligible for return. Clearance items will be marked as such at the time of purchase.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. We will not process your request until we until we receive your returned items.

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at service@gardenuniverse.com or phone at (980) 486-0498 with your order number and the reason for return. Please note that gardenuniverse.com will not honor returns purchased through unauthorized resellers or other third parties.
  2. We’ll send you instructions on how to ship your item back to us. All returned items must be shipped freight pre-paid. Please use a service able to track and/or insure your return items. We will not process your return request until we receive your returned items.


Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
